Tender Beef Stew with Noodles
A cozy, hearty meal that’s full of flavor and perfect for chilly days! So easy and delicious!! 🍲🥕🥩
Ingredients:
1.5 lbs beef stew meat
3 carrots, chopped
1 onion, diced
3 cups beef broth
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Egg noodles (cooked separately)
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
1. Brown the beef in oil over medium heat.
2. Add onion and cook until soft.
3. Stir in tomato paste and flour, cook 2 minutes.
4. Pour in broth, add carrots, season with salt & pepper.
5. Cover and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours until beef is tender.
6. Serve over cooked egg noodles and garnish with parsley.
