A classic appetizer with garlic-herb butter and tender snails.
📝 Ingredients:
• 12 snails (in shells or canned)
• 3 tbsp garlic herb butter
• Fresh parsley
• Baguette slices
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Place snails in a baking dish or shells.
2️⃣ Top each with garlic herb butter.
3️⃣ Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 10–12 minutes.
4️⃣ Serve warm with bread for dipping.
