🇮🇹 Bigoli in Salsa ❤️
A simple yet flavorful Venetian pasta dish made with caramelized onions and anchovies!
📝 You will need:
• 340 g bigoli pasta
• 4 anchovy fillets
• 1 large onion, thinly sliced
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• Salt & pepper, to taste
• Chopped parsley (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the bigoli pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ In a large pan, heat olive oil and gently cook the sliced onion until soft and caramelized (about 15–20 min).
3️⃣ Add anchovy fillets and stir until they melt into the onions.
4️⃣ Toss in the cooked pasta and mix well to coat.
5️⃣ Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with parsley, and serve hot.
