Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Roll-Ups
Ingredients:
1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup pepperoni slices
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
Layer pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
Starting from one end, tightly roll up the dough into a log.
Slice into 1-inch pieces and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
