Shepherd’s Pie

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the onion, carrots, and garlic, and cook until vegetables are tender.
3. Stir in the frozen peas, beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
