Loaded Cheddar Bacon Potato and Sausage Skillet
Ingredients:
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 lb sausage, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, cook the sliced sausage until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add diced potatoes and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
3. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened.
4. Add the cooked sausage back to the skillet, along with the crumbled bacon.
5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the mixture and cover until the cheese is melted.
6. Season with salt and pepper, then garnish with chopped parsley before serving
