1. Pickled Jalapeños
1 1/2 cups vinegar
1 cup water
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon sugar
15 jalapeños sliced

I made this Easy Refrigerated Jalapeños pickles. This recipe makes 3 pints.
Recipe:
1 1/2 cups vinegar
1 cup water
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon sugar
15 jalapeños sliced
3 pints jar, cleaned and sanitized
Steps:
Add slices of jalapenos into the sanitized jars. Set aside.
In a saucepan, add vinegar, water, salt and sugar. Mix and let it reach its boiling point. Remove from heat. Pour it into the jar of slices jalapeños. Cover and let it cool completely.
Store in refrigerator up to 1 month. You can eat pickled jalapenos the next day. Enjoy!
2. Dill Pickles

So Easy Refrigerated Dill Pickles
Recipe:
Refrigerated Dill Pickles
1 1/2 cups white vinegar
1 cup water
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon sugar
6-8 sprigs of fresh dill or more
1 1/2 teaspoons mustard seeds
3-4 medium sized cucumbers
***3- pint jars cleaned
Steps:
Sliced cucumbers in spears.
Fill in into the cleaned pint jars. Divide it till it covers 3 jars. Add 2-3 sprigs of fresh dill in each jar. Add 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds in each jar.
In a pan, add vinegar, water, salt and sugar. Mix well till the sugar dissolves and the mixture reaches boiling point. Remove from heat. Pour it directly into the jars filled with cucumbers. Cover the jar and let it cool. Store in refrigerator up to 1 month. Ready to ear the next day. Enjoy!
