Famous French pastry with puff pastry, cream, and caramel.
Ingredients:
• 250 g puff pastry
• 150 g choux pastry
• 500 ml crème Chiboust (or pastry cream)
• 100 g sugar (for caramel)
• 50 ml water
• Whipped cream (for decoration)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Bake puff pastry round until golden.
2️⃣ Pipe and bake small choux puffs.
3️⃣ Fill choux with cream.
4️⃣ Dip tops in caramel.
5️⃣ Arrange puffs around puff pastry base.
6️⃣ Fill center with crème Chiboust and decorate with whipped cream.
