Ingredients
β’ 2 cans black beans
β’ 2 cans cannellini beans
β’ 1 can garbanzo beans
β’ 1 small onion, diced
β’ 1 cup ketchup
β’ 2 tbsp mustard
β’ 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
β’ 1 tsp cumin
β’ 1 tsp. ancho chili powder
β’ 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
β’ ΒΌ cup brown sugar
β’ ΒΌ cup honey
β’ ΒΌ cup molasses
β’ 2 cups chicken broth
β’ Β½ lb bacon, diced
β’ 2 lbs Kielbasa sausage, sliced
β’ Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
1οΈβ£ Combine beans, onion, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, spices, and liquids in a slow cooker.
2οΈβ£ Add sausage on top and stir gently.
3οΈβ£ Cover and cook on low for 5 hours.
4οΈβ£ Garnish with parsley before serving!
