🇫🇷 Poulet à la Crème
A comforting French dish featuring tender chicken in a creamy mushroom sauce.
Ingredients:
Chicken breast – 600 g, cubed
Mushrooms – 250 g, sliced
Butter – 30 g
Heavy cream – 200 ml
White wine – 100 ml
Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
Fresh parsley – for garnish
Salt and pepper – to taste
Instructions:
In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add chicken and brown all sides.
Stir in mushrooms and cook until tender.
Deglaze with white wine and simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour in cream, season with salt and pepper, and cook for another 10 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
