A French take on deviled eggs, these creamy yolk-filled bites are topped with herbs for the perfect appetizer or picnic snack πΏπ₯.
Ingredients:
β’ 6 eggs
β’ 2 tbsp mayonnaise
β’ 1 tsp Dijon mustard
β’ Salt & pepper to taste
β’ Paprika (optional)
β’ Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Boil eggs for 10 minutes, cool, peel, and cut in half.
2οΈβ£ Remove yolks and mash with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
3οΈβ£ Pipe or spoon filling back into whites.
4οΈβ£ Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with parsley.
