🍲 Estouffade de Bœuf (Beef Stew) 🥩🥕
A Provençal-style slow-cooked beef stew with carrots, onion & red wine.
Ingredients:
• 500 g beef chuck
• 2 carrots
• 1 onion
• 2 garlic cloves
• 300 ml red wine or beef stock
• Thyme & bay leaf
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cut beef into cubes, brown in a pot with oil.
2️⃣ Add chopped onion, garlic, and carrots, cook until softened.
3️⃣ Pour in wine or stock, add thyme & bay leaf.
4️⃣ Cover and simmer for 2–3 hours until beef is tender.
5️⃣ Adjust seasoning with salt & pepper.
6️⃣ Serve with mashed potatoes or fresh bread.
