Honey Garlic Shrimp 😋

Place 1 pound thawed peeled deveined & rinsed jumbo shrimp (16-20 count) in a bowl. Pat each dry with a clean paper towel. Season with salt, toss well then set aside. In a shallow pan over medium heat add 1 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter. Once butter has melted add 3 tablespoons of fresh minced garlic cloves. Toss in pan for 1 minute until fragrant and the aroma is incorporated. Place shrimp separately in your hot pan. Cook 1 minute then drizzle about 2 tablespoons of raw honey atop each shrimp. Once evenly coated with honey, gently toss shrimp over. When cooked through place on a serving dish.
Total cooking time: 3-4 minutes
Garnish with cilantro or lemon juice
Serve immediately
