6 NY strip steaks
Salt & black pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter (divided)

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
Season Steaks generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Let them sit at room temp for 30 minutes.
Heat a griddle or cast iron pan over medium-high heat with olive oil.
Sear steaks for 4β5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting for thickness.
In the last 2 minutes, add 2 tbsp butter and minced garlic.
Spoon that sizzling garlic butter over each steak.
Remove from heat, rest for 5 minutes, and top with more butter and fresh parsley.

Ingredients:
2 lbs large shrimp, peeled & deveined (tails on)
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
Juice of Β½ lemon
Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika.
Heat butter and oil on the same griddle or skillet.
Add garlic, sautΓ© for 30 seconds, then toss in shrimp.
Cook 2β3 minutes per side, until pink and curled.
Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle parsley over the top.
