Steak Bites & Creamy Tortellini
Savory, creamy, and straight-up addictive!
Ingredients:
For the Steak Bites:
• 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak (cut into cubes)
• Salt, black pepper, garlic powder
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp butter
For the Tortellini:
• 10 oz cheese tortellini
• 1 tbsp butter
• 2 garlic cloves (minced)
• 1 cup heavy cream
• ½ cup grated parmesan
• Salt, pepper, and parsley
Instructions:
1. Cook Tortellini: Boil according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Sear Steak: Season cubes well. Heat oil in a hot skillet, sear steak bites for 2–3 mins per side. Add butter, baste, and set aside.
3. Creamy Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, add cream, simmer 2 mins. Stir in parmesan until melted and creamy.
4. Toss Pasta: Add cooked tortellini to the sauce, stir to coat.
5. Plate It Up: Serve creamy tortellini with steak bites over top. Garnish with cracked black pepper & parsley.
