Crockpot Loaded Steak and Potato Bake

Ingredients:

1 lb steak (ribeye or sirloin), cut into bite-sized pieces
4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 small onion, diced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Add diced potatoes, steak, onion, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper into the Crockpot.
In a small bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing, sour cream, and heavy cream. Pour this mixture over the ingredients in the Crockpot.
Stir everything gently to combine, ensuring the potatoes and steak are evenly coated.
Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or until the potatoes are tender and the steak is cooked through.
About 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the mixture, and cover again until the cheese is melted.
Once cooked, garnish with chopped parsley.
