Melted Cheddar Garlic Chicken Wraps with a Crispy Golden Touch
Ingredients:
2 large chicken breasts, diced
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 large flour tortillas
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Sauté until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
Remove from heat and let it rest for a minute. Stir in both shredded cheeses until the cheese begins to melt and coats the chicken.
Warm tortillas slightly in a dry skillet or microwave to make them pliable.
Spread a small amount of sour cream down the center of each tortilla. Add the cheesy garlic chicken mixture on top.
Wrap tightly into a burrito shape, folding the sides in and rolling forward.
Optional: toast the wraps in a skillet over medium heat for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Slice in half, garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
