Cool Whip and Pudding Frosting 🧁
Ingredients:
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz container Cool Whip (thawed)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Combine pudding mix and powdered sugar in a large bowl, whisk to blend evenly.
2️⃣ Add milk and vanilla extract, then beat with an electric mixer for about 2 minutes until it thickens.
3️⃣ Fold in the Cool Whip gradually, mixing until smooth and creamy.
4️⃣ Frost your cake or cupcakes immediately or store in the fridge for later.
