✔️ 1/2 cup vegetable oil
✔️ 1/2 cup buttermilk
✔️ 2 large eggs
✔️ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
✔️ 1/2 cup hot water
✔️ 1 cup whipping cream
✔️ 1 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
✔️ Chocolate shavings (for garnish)
✔️ Fresh raspberries (for garnish)
Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a heart-shaped cake pan.
2️⃣ In a bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3️⃣ In another bowl, whisk the sugar, vegetable oil, buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
4️⃣ Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
5️⃣ Stir in the hot water and pour the batter into the prepared pan.
