Paula Deen's 5 Minute Fudge 🍫💖
Ingredients:
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Directions:
Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips. Stir continuously until the mixture is melted and smooth.
Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and chopped pecans, if using.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
Let the fudge set at room temperature for 2 hours or refrigerate for 1 hour for quicker setting. Once firm, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment overhang and cut into squares.
