2 cups milk (whole or 2%)
1 cup heavy cream

Stage 1 – Cook the Pasta
Cook penne according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Stage 2 – Prepare & Cook the Chicken
2. In a shallow dish, mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
