🛒 Ingredients:
For the Gravy:
400g sausage (sliced or crumbled)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, chopped 🧅
1 garlic clove, minced 🧄
1 red bell pepper, diced 🌶️
1 yellow bell pepper, diced
2 tbsp flour
400ml beef broth
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish 🌿
For the Mashed Potatoes:
700g potatoes, peeled and cubed 🥔
2 tbsp butter
100ml milk
Salt & pepper to taste
👨🍳 Instructions:
Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, then mash with butter and milk until smooth. In a skillet, heat olive oil, sauté onions and garlic, then add sausage. Cook until browned. Add bell peppers and cook 5 minutes. Sprinkle flour, stir, then slowly pour in broth. Add Worcestershire, simmer until thickened. Serve over mashed potatoes, garnish with parsley, and enjoy warm!
