Banana Ginger Lemon Smoothie

Ingredients:
• 1 ripe banana
• 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (peeled and grated)
• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
• 1 cup plain Greek yogurt or almond milk
• 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
• A few mint leaves (for garnish)
• Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)

Instructions:
1. Add the banana, grated ginger, lemon juice, yogurt or almond milk, and sweetener (if using) into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Add ice if desired and blend again briefly.
4. Pour into a glass, garnish with mint leaves, and enjoy!
