🛒 Ingredients
200g (7 oz) spaghetti 🍝
300g (10 oz) raw shrimp, peeled and deveined 🍤
2 tbsp olive oil 🫒
3 garlic cloves, minced 🧄
1 small onion, chopped 🧅
2 medium tomatoes, diced 🍅
1/4 cup white wine or vegetable broth 🍷
1/4 cup heavy cream or coconut milk 🥛
Salt and black pepper to taste 🧂
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 🌿
Optional: pinch of chili flakes 🌶
👨🍳 Instructions
Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente, then drain. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the garlic and onion for 2 minutes. Add the diced tomatoes and cook for 3–4 minutes until softened. Pour in the white wine (or broth) and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3–4 minutes. Stir in the cream and drained spaghetti. Toss everything well to coat, season with salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes. Garnish with parsley and serve hot!
Tip: Add grated parmesan or a squeeze of lemon for extra zing 🍋🧀
