Chicken Parmesan Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:

2 slices of sourdough bread
2 chicken cutlets, breaded and cooked
1/2 cup marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
Place the cooked chicken cutlets in the skillet and warm them up for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
Spread butter on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
Once the chicken is heated, remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, place one slice of bread with the buttered side facing down.
Add a layer of mozzarella cheese, then place one chicken cutlet on top.
Spoon about 1 tablespoon of marinara sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Top with the other slice of bread, buttered side facing up.
Cook the sandwich in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the skillet and cut in half.
