Mediterranean Olive and Feta Cheese Log

Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/3 cup finely chopped green and black olives
- 2 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Pita chips and sliced cucumber for serving

Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled feta, chopped olives, sun-dried tomatoes, parsley, and dried oregano. Stir until well combined.
2. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
3. Transfer the cheese mixture to a piece of plastic wrap. Shape it into a log and wrap tightly. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until firm.
4. When ready to serve, unwrap the log and drizzle it with extra-virgin olive oil. Garnish with additional chopped parsley or sun-dried tomatoes if desired.
5. Serve with pita chips and cucumber slices for dipping.
