📋 Ingredients
- 4 cups all purpose flour plus extra for dusting
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/4 cups warm milk
- 1/4 cup olive oil or avocado oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg white plus 2 tablespoons water (for egg wash)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter (for brushing after baking)
📝 Instructions
1. In a bowl, add yeast and sugar.
2. Then add warm milk and let it bubble for 5 minutes.
3. Add oil, salt, and eggs.
4. Gradually add flour, 1 cup at a time, and knead for at least 5-7 minutes.
5. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
6. Divide the dough into 24 pieces and shape them into balls.
7. Arrange in a baking pan and let it rest and rise for another 30 minutes.
8. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
9. Brush the dough with egg wash for a golden brown color on the edges.
10. Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes.
11. Once baked, brush with melted butter.
12. Enjoy with warm soup or with coffee or tea.
