Ingredients:
1 Β½ lbs ground beef

2 tbsp yellow mustard
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup barbecue sauce (for topping)
Directions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
2. Mix the Meatloaf:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, onion, ketchup, mustard, egg, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
