All you need:
1 mango diced
1 cucumber diced
1/2 red onion diced
1/2 cup peppers (mix of banana peppers and jalapeño)
1 lime- juiced
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
