5-Ingredients Keto Cheesecake
24-oz cream cheese
2 cups of Yogurt
2 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2/3 cup erythritol
1/4 cup almond flour
I blended all the ingredients together in a blender before pouring it onto the crust.
Crust 2 cup of almond flour, 1/4 tsp of salt, 4 6 tbsp of melted coconut oil or enough water to make it slightly sticky. Combine all ingredients, pour into a lined 8 or 9 inch pan, press down evenly. Set a side while making filling.
Filling: I blended all the ingredients together. And when baking the cheesecake I put a baking pan and filled it halfway with water under the cheesecake.
I used regular vanilla yogurt🥲🥲.
I let the cheesecake bake for 35 minutes and then let it sit an extra 5 minutes before I put the cheesecake out of the oven. Then refrigerate the cheesecake for 7-8 hours
