Angel Pecan Cookies ๐ช

โข 2 cups all-purpose flour

โข 1/2 tsp salt
โข 1 cup shortening
โข 3/4 cup confectionersโ sugar (sifted), plus more for sprinkling
โข 1/4 cup packed light or dark brown sugar
โข 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
โข 1/2 cup chopped pecans (or other nuts)

1๏ธโฃ Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
