Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour (100g)
- 1/2 cup tapioca starch (60g)
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast (20g)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30ml)
- 1/2 cup water (120ml)
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs (Italian blend or herbs de Provence)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, tapioca starch, nutritional yeast, dried herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Add olive oil and water. Mix until a dough forms.
4. Roll dough out thinly between two sheets of parchment paper.
5. Cut into desired cracker shapes. Place on prepared baking sheet.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
7. Let cool completely on baking sheet to crisp up further.
