For the Pasta:
12 oz fusilli pasta 🍝
2 boneless chicken breasts, cubed 🐔
2 cups broccoli florets 🥦
1 tbsp olive oil

For the Creamy Sauce:
¾ cup heavy cream 🧀
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions 🍴
Cook the Pasta & Broccoli: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fusilli pasta and cook according to package instructions (about 8-10 minutes). In the last 3 minutes, add the broccoli florets to the pot. Drain and set aside. 🍝🥦
Cook the Chicken: While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the cubed chicken with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and cooked through (internal temp 165°F). Remove and set aside. 🐔
Make the Creamy Sauce: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly, and bring to a simmer.
