๐ซ Indulgent Triple Chocolate Mousse Tort ๐ซ
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs ๐ช
1/4 cup sugar ๐บ
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted ๐ง
8 oz dark chocolate, chopped ๐ซ
8 oz milk chocolate, chopped ๐ซ
1 cup heavy cream ๐งด
1 tsp vanilla extract ๐ฟ
6 oz white chocolate, chopped ๐ซ
3 oz cream cheese, softened ๐ง
2 tbsp powdered sugar ๐
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) ๐ฅ.
Mix chocolate wafer crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl ๐ช. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust ๐ง.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, then cool completely โ๏ธ.
For the dark chocolate mousse, melt dark chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave ๐ซ. Let it cool slightly.
In a bowl, whip 1/2 cup heavy cream to stiff peaks ๐งด, then fold in melted dark chocolate ๐ฟ. Set aside.
For the milk chocolate mousse, melt milk chocolate ๐ซ and whip 1/2 cup heavy cream until stiff ๐งด. Fold the cream into the melted chocolate and set aside.
For the white chocolate mousse, melt white chocolate and beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth ๐ง. Whisk in melted white chocolate ๐ซ.
Layer dark chocolate mousse, milk chocolate mousse, and white chocolate mousse on top of the cooled crust ๐ช.
Chill for 4-6 hours or overnight to set โ๏ธ.
Garnish with extra chocolate shavings or whipped cream before serving ๐ซ.
