🇫🇷 Moules Marinières (Mussels in White Wine) 🍷🦪
A classic French seafood dish with mussels cooked in a flavorful white wine broth!
Ingredients:
1kg fresh mussels, cleaned
2 shallots, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
200ml white wine
100ml heavy cream
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Melt butter in a large pot, sauté shallots and garlic until soft.
Add mussels, pour in white wine, cover, and cook for 5 minutes until mussels open.
Stir in cream, season with salt and pepper, and let simmer for 2 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve with crusty bread!
