Mongolian Noodles with Ground Beef
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. Mongolian noodles
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the Mongolian noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, cook until onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, and ginger. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
4. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to combine with the beef mixture.
5. Serve the Mongolian Noodles with ground beef hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
