🥔🧀🥓 Bacon Cheddar Ranch Smashed Potatoes – Crispy, Cheesy, Comfort in Every Bite!
Ingredients:
2 lbs baby potatoes
4 tbsp olive oil
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Boil potatoes until fork-tender. Drain.
Place potatoes on a baking sheet and gently “smash” them flat with a fork.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with ranch seasoning.
Bake 20 minutes until crispy.
Top with cheddar, bacon, and parsley. Return to oven 5 minutes until cheese melts.
