🍳 Tomme des Pyrénées Omelet
A fluffy omelet filled with mild Tomme cheese.
Ingredients:
• 3 eggs
• 60 g Tomme cheese (sliced or grated)
• 1 tbsp butter
• Salt, to taste
• Black pepper, to taste
• Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Beat eggs with salt and pepper in a bowl.
2️⃣ Heat butter in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
3️⃣ Pour in eggs and cook until slightly set.
4️⃣ Add Tomme cheese to one half of the omelet.
5️⃣ Fold the omelet and cook for another 1–2 minutes.
6️⃣ Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
