Apple Crisp Jello Shots

Ingredients:

- 2 cups apple juice
- 2 packets (0.3 oz each) unflavored gelatin
- 1 packet (3 oz) apple-flavored gelatin
- 1/2 cup cinnamon whiskey (substitute with cinnamon syrup for non-alcoholic version)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

Directions:

1. In a medium saucepan, pour 1 cup of apple juice and sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over it. Let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
2. Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly until the gelatin dissolves completely.
3. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining 1 cup of apple juice, apple-flavored gelatin, cinnamon whiskey or cinnamon syrup, sugar, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until sugar is fully dissolved.
4. Pour the mixture evenly into small silicone molds or shot glasses. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
5. Before serving, sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top of each jello shot to mimic the apple crisp topping.
6. Optionally, add a dollop of whipped cream for extra creaminess and presentation.
