Β½ tsp black pepper

Prep the zucchini
Grate zucchini and place in a colander. Sprinkle with salt and let sit 10 minutes to release moisture.
Squeeze out excess water using a clean towel or cheesecloth.
Mix the batter
In a bowl, combine zucchini, egg, parmesan, almond flour, and spices. Mix until sticky and combined.
Form fritters
Scoop about 2 tablespoons of mixture per fritter, flatten slightly with your hands or a spoon.
Cook
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
