🥯 Pogne de Romans
Traditional brioche from Romans-sur-Isère, flavored with orange blossom 🌸.
Ingredients:
• 500 g flour
• 200 g butter
• 100 g sugar
• 3 eggs
• 20 g yeast
• Orange blossom water
Instructions:
1️⃣ Dissolve yeast in warm milk.
2️⃣ Mix with flour, sugar, eggs, butter, and orange blossom.
3️⃣ Knead and let rise 2h.
4️⃣ Shape into crown, rise again, bake at 180°C for 30–35 min.
