Strawberry Mousse Cream
Ingredients:

500 g fresh strawberries
200 ml heavy cream
100 g sugar
3 gelatin sheets
2 egg whites
Juice of half a lemon
Instructions:

Wash and slice the strawberries. Blend them with the lemon juice and sugar until you have a puree.
Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for a few minutes.
Heat a little of the strawberry puree and dissolve the hydrated gelatin sheets in it. Mix with the remaining puree.
Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Beat the egg whites until stiff.
Fold the whipped cream into the strawberry puree, mixing gently. Then, gently fold in the beaten egg whites.
Pour the mixture into individual molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
