English Muffin Breakfast Pizza
Ingredients:
• 1 package of English muffins, split
• 8 oz mild cheddar cheese, thinly sliced or shredded
• 4 large eggs
• 4 slices of cooked bacon or sausage, crumbled
• Salt & pepper, to taste
• Optional toppings: diced ham, chopped bell peppers, onions, chives

Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
• Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare the Muffins:
• Split each English muffin in half and place them cut side up on a baking sheet.
3. Add Cheese:
• Layer each half with cheddar cheese.
4. Add Toppings:
• Sprinkle with crumbled bacon or sausage and any other desired toppings.
5. Crack Eggs:
• Carefully crack an egg over each muffin half (or scramble and pour if you prefer it less runny).
6. Bake:
• Bake for 10–15 minutes or until the egg whites are set and yolks are cooked to your preference.
7. Season & Serve:
• Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm!
