Keto Cheesy chicken and broccoli casserole!
3 chicken breasts cut up and sautéed with salt pepper and garlic powder.
2 large heads of broccoli dropped into boiling water for 3-4 min. Drain.
Mix 8 oz of cream cheese, 3 tbsps of mayo, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and half a cup of chicken broth.
Put the cooked chicken and broccoli in the casserole dish then top with cream cheese mixture.
Top with another cup of cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350 for about 20-25 min then broil for 3-4 min.
