Chocolate Surprise Cupcakes
Ingredients:
• 1 chocolate cake mix (or homemade batter)
• 200 g sweetened condensed milk
• 100 g shredded coconut (optional, for the filling)
• Chocolate frosting (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a muffin tray with liners.
2. In a bowl, mix condensed milk and coconut. Set aside.
3. Fill cupcake liners halfway with chocolate batter.
4. Add a spoonful of the coconut mix in the center, then cover with more batter.
5. Bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean (except for the filling!).
6. Let cool and frost with rich chocolate frosting.
