Delicate slices of beef topped with peppery greens and sharp parmesan—an elegant appetizer.
Ingredients:
• 8 oz (225 g) beef tenderloin, very thinly sliced
• 1 cup (30 g) fresh arugula
• 2 oz (60 g) parmesan, shaved
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Arrange beef slices on a chilled plate.
2. Top with arugula and shaved parmesan.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Serve immediately.
