Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon Fillets
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
3 tablespoons honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Salt, to taste
Chopped green onions & sesame seeds, for garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper, and a pinch of salt.
Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down.
Brush the honey garlic glaze generously over each fillet. Reserve a bit of glaze for later.
Bake salmon for 12-15 minutes, depending on thickness, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
In the last 2-3 minutes of baking, brush the salmon with the reserved glaze and broil on high for a caramelized finish (optional).
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
