Pineapple Heaven Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and press into the bottom of a pie dish.
2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. Stir in the crushed pineapple and cornstarch.
4. Pour the mixture over the crust and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until set.
5. Let cool and chill in the refrigerator before serving.
