- 250 g plain sweet biscuits (like Marie), crushed
- 1 1/2 cups mixed lollies (e.g., marshmallows, snakes, jelly beans, freckles, candy-coated chocolates), chopped
- 200 g milk chocolate, chopped
- 100 g dark chocolate, chopped
- 100 g unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp golden syrup

Step 1: Prepare the Pan
1. Line an 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) square baking tin with baking paper, allowing overhang for easy removal.
Step 2: Make the Chocolate Mixture
1. In a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (double boiler), melt together the milk chocolate, dark chocolate, butter, and golden syrup until smooth.
2. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Combine Ingredients
1. In a large bowl, mix the crushed biscuits and chopped lollies.
2. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined and all pieces are coated.
Step 4: Press & Chill
1. Spoon the mixture into the prepared tin and press down firmly with the back of a spoon.
2. If desired, drizzle extra melted chocolate on top and scatter more lollies or sprinkles.
3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
Step 5: Slice & Serve
1. Once set, lift the slice from the pan and cut into squares using a sharp knife.
2. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
