Caprese Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked rotini pasta
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup mini mozzarella balls
Fresh basil leaves, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional)
Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook pasta according to package, drain and cool.
2. Mix with tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar, season with salt & pepper.
4. Toss and chill before serving.
